It is a perfect and special property located in Auckland Central Business district. A short walk to 6 a.m. For the airport, tourist sites, and the waterfront. I would book here again and strongly recommend it to anyone.

This place is wonderfully located just a mile away from Symonds Street Cemetery, in a charming building close to the heart of the city, near Alleyway, the train station, shops, and restaurants.

Cozy room that was super clean and had a really comfy bed. Loved having a mini-fridge, TV with lots of channels, and the AC was a game-changer! 🌟

The location was great, close to the harbor and Sky City 🌆. The double room was nicely decorated and the beds were spacious and comfortable.

The location is excellent and fantastic, at a medium distance from Queen Street. The rooms are nicely furnished and good sized with lovely furnishings, comfy bed and Nespresso machine. Every time in Auckland we stay in this hotel👍

The staff were welcoming. The location is stunning, very close to the harbor and tourist sites. The room was reasonably spacious and equipped with a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the service was fantastic. It was a memorable experience.

The hotel is beautifully clean and well-appointed, with a convenient location for restaurants and sightseeing. The staff are courteous and efficient, with one of the best service experiences I've had. The private Jacuzzi in the room is a nice touch, although I couldn't find the bubble button. The value for money overall is good, and the breakfast is great for someone like me who doesn't eat much. The bathroom feels nice, and I appreciate the use of Floris bathing products. The rooms are lovely, and the turndown service is a nice touch. The front desk staff are helpful and professional, and the Concierge team is knowledgeable and attentive.

Our travel bookings had been made for the wrong dates and your staff were very good in sorting it out.

Room 208 was close to nightclub entrance, loud music kept us awake until it finished at 6am. After notifying staff, we were able to move to another room the next night. Not happy about the noise, but staff were very helpfull. Proximity to noise is the only reason I cannot recomment the hotel.

The hotel offers an amazing range of workshops for guests with children, ensuring they have a fun and engaging stay.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.
